As a Staff Captain and former Marine Superintendent, I have gained extensive hands-on experience across both shipboard and shoreside operations, giving me a practical understanding of the challenges and realities of modern maritime operations.
This experience has shaped my approach to Hullmar: solutions should not only look good on paper, but should work in the real world and create genuine value for onboard crew and shoreside management.
Through Hullmar, I want to combine this practical maritime knowledge with modern technology, innovative training methods and a commitment to continuous improvement. My aim is to develop solutions that help maritime companies strengthen compliance, improve competence, enhance operational efficiency and ultimately make shipping safer and more effective.”
